2026 Millage Renewal

​On Tuesday, August 4, Schoolcraft County residents will vote on a proposal for a millage renewal of .22 mills for a ten-year period. SCD's current millage was passed in 2018 and is currently set to expire in 2028. In addition to essential day-to-day expenses (salaries, office rent, utilities, etc.), this millage supports programs and services offered by SCD. Learn more about the proposal here.
